Tomatick Focus Timer
Live pomodoro, countdown, and interval timers, plus focus-session plans with calendar files.
Tomatick Focus Timer puts a working pomodoro timer in the chat. Start a 25/5 or 50/10 pomodoro, a simple countdown, or a work/rest interval timer and get a live countdown with a progress ring, round dots, Start, Pause, Skip and Reset, and an optional chime when each phase ends. The timer is computed from a stored end time, so it stays accurate when the browser tab is in the background. Planning a study block? Tell it your window ("3 hours until 5 pm", "9:00 to 12:30 with lunch at 12") and it fits whole pomodoros with exact clock times, respects your fixed breaks and the long-break rule, and gives you an .ics file to add every focus block to your calendar.
What it does
- Pomodoro (25/5, 50/10, or any lengths), countdown, and interval (work/rest) timers
- Live widget: big countdown, progress ring, round dots, Start, Pause, Skip, Reset, optional chime
- Accurate in background tabs: time is computed from the end timestamp, never by counting ticks
- Session plans that fit whole pomodoros between a start and end time, around lunch or other fixed breaks
- Long break after every N pomodoros, with clock times that stay correct across daylight-saving changes
- Calendar file (.ics) with one event per focus block

Limitations
- The timer runs while the conversation is open; it cannot send phone notifications or alarms when ChatGPT is closed
- Sessions are limited to 24 hours and 96 focus blocks; plans only schedule whole focus blocks
- The chime needs one tap on Start first (browsers block sound until you interact) and does not play background music
- Focus history and statistics are not stored between conversations
